2009.02.15 Ebay
Chattanooga, TN, United States
Hello, This auction is for my Red 1998 Trans Am with 89,500 miles appox. with LS1 motor and Automatic tranny, It also have a Viper Alarm and Remote start on it for those cold mournings. You can mistake it as a Firehawk clone. I have had this car for a little over 5 years now and owned it since it had 64K miles. I haven't had any major or big problems with the car at all. I'm selling it because I learn to drive sticks about 2 years ago and I'm getting a 6-sp SS camaro so this one has to go but I'm going to miss it and boy it's fast. Now that being said here are some of the mods and all the other good stuff:
Performance Mods: QTP Long Tube Headers, 3" Texas speed True Dual Exhaust(X-Pipe) w/ 1 chamber flows turned down at the axle, SLP 25%Underdrive Pulley, Fram Air Hog performance air filter Performance Air lid w/ smooth bellow, SLP Cold Air Induction, NOS Dry nitrous kit with 80 shot, and Hypertech Power Programmed
Exterior Mods: A&Z Silver wheels 17", SLP Functional Firehawk Ram Air Hood with heat extractors, 5p. Vizage Body Kit installed about a year ago, Clear side markers but may come with only one set or both, Undercar Lights but only rear light works
Interior Mods: Nu Image Flame Glo Gauges, Monsoon Factory CD player but it skips sometime
I'm going to post more pictures tomorrow (sunday). The paint is pretty good to me but it is an 11 year old car, it has some rock chips but it's all on the front bumper, the rest of the care is in pretty good shape. T-Tops don't leak and car still runs very very strong. It only has a few things wrong with it but it doesn't hurt it or running wise mess it up. Since I had the SLP underdrive pulley put on it's been making a whining like noise I guess it from the belt he might have put it in to far, the coolant light recently started coming on but it's very rarely do it but I have put a new thermostat and anti freeze but it's not running hot or anything at all and the battery gauge showing low voltage in the red but the car always start and doesnt't drain the batter or alternator. Overall the car is still strong and healthy and always start. The car doesn't have a check engine light or any other light on. The car is also equipped with a viper alarm system with remote start. I'm selling this car locally also so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. I'm just posting this under best offer and buy it now but if a good or very decent offer is mad, you may be the new owner of this great looking and very powerful car. Only serious inquires only please. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at (423) 488-9215 my name is Johnny. If I don't answer leave your name and number and I will call you back. I'm located in Chattanooga, TN so if you want to come and check it out you can. I work from 6a.m. to 5p.m. Buyer is responsable for picking the vehicle up or shipping. Well good luck and hope to hear from you soon. Thanks alot
On Feb-15-09 at 11:11:20 PST, seller added the following information:
In the picture with the engine, The car will not come with the SLP Mass Air Flow senor and it won't come with the red strut tower brace. An also the car passes Tennessee Emissions Test just thought that would be a good point to point out. An if someone meets my reserve and win the car I will knock off a hundred dollars so you can have the car detailed. |
